Less than a year after the latest major structural investment, ModulGrafica Pharma raises the stakes acquiring a new printing machine

ModulGrafica Pharma has two production plants, one in Latina and one in Sermoneta. The plants have been designed to mirror each other to meet the requirements of the business recovery plan and to guarantee a continuity of production. The production processes and the quality system are the same for both plants. Each site is equipped with production lines to print both aluminium (flexo) and leaflets (offset). For each site, there are two Quality Control laboratories: one for aluminium and one for inserts.
Aluminium
ModulGrafica Pharma uses flexographic technology to print both on aluminium sheets and on laminated materials, which guarantees high quality levels thanks to its accuracy and ductility.
Leaflet/Insert
ModulGrafica Pharma uses off-set and digital technology to print leaflets. We can print low grammage paper (40g/m² and above)
Packaging
Secondary packaging of veterinary, pharmaceutical and dietetic products; control operations of the structural conformity of the packages with subsequent reconditioning.
Sticky Labels
We produce flat or bound labels in booklets/outserts for the chemical and food industry. Multi-colored prints, which are weatherproof and resistant to chemicals. We print transparent labels as well.
